SPINX Charity Classic Raises over $185,000.00 for local Beneficiaries

Greenville, S.C. – June 27th, 2017– On Wednesday May 10th, Spinx held its 17th Annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament.  The Tournament raised a total of $185,809.18, which will be distributed to five local charities whose work aligns with Spinx’s Charitable Mission: “Spinx & Kids: Mind, Body & Spirit. Growing healthy kids where we live, work and play!”  The 2017 beneficiaries include the American Red Cross of the Upstate, American Red Cross of the Lowcountry, Safe Harbor, Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas, and Harvest Hope Food Bank. These generous donations will allow the charities to better serve their communities. “Spinx continuously demonstrates its commitment to the communities in which it operates and corporate giving is an important way to help support and grow the community,” said Stewart Spinks. “We would like to thank our sponsors and vendors for their continued support in helping to make this event successful.”

20+1 year Anniversary is Celebrated with a Newly Expanded and Interactive Showroom

Hartness Hires New Director of Construction

June 15, 2017 | GREENVILLE, SC – Hartness welcomes Jim McCoy as their new Director of Construction. McCoy will supervise and coordinate the construction process at the Hartness community taking shape just minutes from of downtown Greenville.

“I look forward to overseeing the process of bringing Hartness to life” stated McCoy. “I consider being part of the team will create such an amazing and iconic community to be the chance of a lifetime.” McCoy is a graduate of The Citadel and is also a Warrant Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard where he serves as a Blackhawk Pilot and Tactical Operations Officer. He has had nearly 20 years of experience in project management ranging from residential to commercial construction. Jim, his wife BJ, and their 3 children can usually be found planning on the trails and ponds at Hartness.
